Is a contract or commitment required?
No. We offer a range of flexible plans. Monthly, annual, and pay as you go options are available. Get to know AutoBolt with a free trial, then choose the plan that fits the way your shop does business.
Am I locked into the plan I choose?
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades are processed immediately, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Annual and monthly plans are charged via Stripe to a credit card on file at the start of each billing cycle. Pay as you go plans are prepaid in increments of 10, 20, 25, or more lookups.
What counts as a lookup?
Each time you request information from our database and receive a successful response, that’s a lookup.
Do unused lookups roll over to the next month?
For shops on annual plans, yes. Unused lookups roll over into the next month, up to an amount equal to your monthly plan allowance. For example, a plan with 1,000 monthly lookups can carry up to 1,000 additional rollover lookups. Rollover does not apply to monthly or Pay As You Go plans.
What happens if I need to exceed my monthly lookup limit?
If you go beyond your auto glass VIN decoder lookup limit, additional searches are charged at your plan’s overage rate.
Am I charged again for looking the same vehicle up twice?
You are not charged again if you look up the same VIN for the same part.
