  • whether you opened, clicked, or interacted with our emails or advertisements;
  • campaign attribution and conversion data;
  • cookie IDs, advertising IDs, and similar online identifiers; and

If we receive and can recognize a valid Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser or device transmitting that signal, as required by law.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” right under California law.

Authorized agents

If you are a California resident, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and/or verification of your identity.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
